It is the responsibility of the exhibitor and their representatives to ensure all written materials provided to them have been carefully read, understood and adhered to for the duration of the Forum.

Important Information for Exhibitors

Registering Complimentary Exhibitor Staff

Registration for each booth includes:

Exhibition staff registrations for each exhibition booth, for both inclusive complimentary and additional exhibition staff, can be done via the exhibitor registration email which can be requested from . Once you have received the email, simply complete the appropriate details and email back ASAP.

The exhibitor registration email allows you to register additional exhibitor staff for either a day or the duration of the Trade Exhibition. In addition, you are able to purchase guest tickets to the South Pacific ORL Forum 2021 Networking Function via this email.

Please note: Exhibitor passes cannot be shared and do not give exhibitors access to any Forum sessions.

Additional Exhibitor Registration Fees

Accommodation

Accommodation can be booked with the same email as per above. Please indicate your accommodation requirements via this email. All accommodation bookings made are in accordance with each hotels accommodation booking policy.
